GameOverlayResult = "shown" | "off" | "full"

What overlay.showOverGame did. shown: the overlay is over the game now (or already was). off: Game overlays are off in Tavora; Tavora opened the setting so the user can turn them on. full: the overlay setup it lands in (its game's, or All games from a personal workspace) already has the most items it may have (LIMITS.maxGameOverlays); the user can remove one in the Overlay layout.
