@tavora/sdk / SystemConnection
Interface: SystemConnection
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:465
How the internet connection is doing, as the system-info connector watches it. Tavora pings the router and one address on the internet every 5 seconds while a System Monitor panel exists in any workspace, whether or not it is shown, so drops are logged. Nothing but those pings is sent.
Properties
downMbit
downMbit:
number|null
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:481
Speed of the network adapter in use in megabits per second since the last check (not a speed test), or null before the second check.
internetMs
internetMs:
number|null
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:475
The last ping to target in milliseconds, or null when it was lost.
lossPercent
lossPercent:
number
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:479
Pings lost out of the last 100 to the router or to target, whichever is worse; 0 to 100 with one decimal.
routerFound
routerFound:
boolean
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:477
False when Tavora found no router (no network adapter with a gateway).
routerMs
routerMs:
number|null
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:473
The last ping to the router in milliseconds, or null when it was lost or no router was found.
since
since:
number|null
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:486
When the current drop began (milliseconds since 1970), or null while online.
state
state:
SystemOutageKind|"online"|"off"
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:471
online: all is well. offline, no-router and no-internet: a drop is going on (SystemOutageKind; a drop keeps the worst kind it had). off: the watcher is switched off (SystemConnectionSettings.enabled) or not running, so there are no readings.
target
target:
string
Defined in: packages/sdk/src/protocol.ts:484
What is pinged on the internet: an IP address or a name.
upMbit
upMbit:
number|null
